Our core management team is primarily family-based with extensive outside experience, education, industry depth, and transactional background. In its current makeup the team has operated for more than 10 years, and through strength of management has driven Silver Peak from a local collection of companies to a national entity.

Each member of the management team operates in a fluid fashion with independent investment roles and roles within the operating businesses.  

Still, team members are unified by tremendous overall alignment and mutual support. The decision-making team is small, allowing it to be nimble but large in terms of depth. The underlying businesses employ more than 1,000 people, and our team utilizes this extensive range of talent on a cross-platform basis. When outside talent is required we work with leading specialists from across the country. Silver Peak also has a strong advisory board made up of Canadian business leaders that assist with setting macro-strategic perspective.
